The JCPC Rules 2024 were approved by HM King at the meeting of the Privy Council on 2 October 2024. They are published here: The Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules Order 2024
The JCPC Rules 2024 will come into force on 2 December 2024. The revised Practice Directions will be published in due course. All cases filed before December 2024 will continue to be subject to The Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules 2009 for the life of the case, together with the current practice directions.
