New Rules and Practice Directions now in force

The Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules 2024 and accompanying Practice Directions came into force on 2 December 2024. The Rules were approved by HM King at the meeting of the Privy Council on 2 October 2024.

All cases filed before December 2024 will continue to be subject to The Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules 2009 for the life of the case, together with the previous practice directions.
