JCPC Fees Consultation and Response

The JCPC has published its consultation on revising fees payable to the Court. The consultation paper can be found here.

In addition to the written consultation the Court held a series of stakeholder meetings, via Teams.

The consultation has now closed. The Court will publish the consultation response and its decision in due course.
