Facts
This relates to a dispute between the interpretation of a lease agreement between Ramsbury Properties Limited ('Ramsbury') and Ocean View Construction Limited ('Ocean View') in Saint Christopher and Nevis. The lease provided for the accommodation of Ocean View workers in accommodation owned by Ramsbury.
